Surrey Storm Announce 2010-2011 Trial Dates

Netball Superleague side Surrey Storm have announced trial dates for the 2010-2011 season
Last year saw the new London and South East Franchise take the Superleague by Storm finishing the regular season top of the league and dominating much of the season in their first campaign as a new look team. Now Surrey Storm, based at the multi-million pounds Surrey Sports Park look ahead to another exciting season challenging for the Superleague title.
Surrey Storm Superleague trials will be on Thursday 14th October & Monday 18th October.
Surrey Storm’s youth side – Surrey Storm Talent who play in the Netball Talent League also have announced trial dates. Trials for the youth team will be held on Sunday 3rd October.

Surrey Storm train and play at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford, part of the University of Surrey and one of the finest sporting facilities in Europe. Players have access to a 700sqm Fitness Centre, a 50m pool, extensive climbing wall and of course 3 full size indoor netball courts with fully sprung wooden floors.
Finishing first in the regular league last year, Surrey Storm have big ambitions for the 2010/11 season and want to recruit players with a winning attitude. We take pride in our team and in return for professionalism and talent, reward our players with the following non-exhaustive list of benefits:

Trials are open to players of a suitable standard, preferably with previous International, Superleague, Premier or County playing experience. Applicants must be able to attend both trial dates which will be held at Surrey Sports Park.

SUPERLEAGUE’S NETBALL TALENT LEAGUE FRANCHISE FOR LONDON AND THE SOUTH EAST IS TRIALLING FOR PLAYERS FOR IT’S 2010/11 CAMPAIGN.
Surrey Storm Talent train and play at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford, part of the University of Surrey and Surrey Storm's official home. You will be supported by the best team both on and off the court, and in return must display a great attitude, work ethic and desire to win.
All applicants must be over 14 and under 19 on midnight of the 31 August/1 September to play in the NTL, and be a current or past athlete in the Regional or National Excel Programmes.
